Just because you’re friends doesn’t mean you want to wait for them to finish their shower. All homes in our Modern collection have at least one bathroom for every bedroom. And they’re nice bathrooms.

All homes in our modern collection feature large (and we mean large) flexible-use spaces in the main level, so you and your friends can create a space you’ll be proud to show off.

Online Service

We make it easy to rent from us! Online access 24/7 from the initial application, lease signing, rent payment, and maintenance requests. College is hard; we want living in our properties to be easy.

Most of our pads include the following features:
