We make it easy to rent from us! Online access 24/7 from the initial application, lease signing, rent payment, and maintenance requests. College is hard; we want living in our properties to be easy.

COVID-19 LEASE PROTECTION:

In the midst of uncertainty, we want you to lease with CONFIDENCE. We know some have suggested that OSU may not have on-campus classes in the fall, but we don’t want that possibility to hold you back from reserving your spot at one of the best places in town. So when you lease one of our properties now, we will include language that will release you from your lease without fee or penalty in the event OSU isn’t holding on-campus classes this September. Just contact us for details.

In addition, we are doing everything we can to continue to serve you now, and are still offering live virtual showings. You may also request a physical showing at a few vacant units.
