Your suite features an independent heating system, so you won’t rely on anyone else to control the temperature. You’ll have all the space and privacy you need! Downstairs, the kitchen is every foodies dream. There’s a gas stove, 2 fridges, ample storage, lots of counter space, a huge dual level island, plus a breakfast bar. The living room includes a gas fireplace for a beautiful ambience, and is already decorated and furnished by the returning residents. The house also includes a laundry room (not a closet, a room!) with counter space and storage cabinets. The current residents already split up the utility bills, so you will simply pay 20% of the total. There is even a secure package delivery box by the front door, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates. (Note that the pictures were taken before the current residents moved in. You’ll have to come see the beautiful decorations for yourself!) This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit.
