The house also includes a large laundry room with a wide counter and storage cabinets. There is an oversized one-car garage, as well as two parking spots in the driveway. Each room in the house has an independent heating system, so your housemates’ heating preferences won’t affect your room. Every bedroom also has ethernet and cable wiring. You’ll even have a secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit.
