**This houses are available on a 9-month lease, running from September to June, so you won’t be stuck paying summer rent! Of course, if you’d like to renew, you’ll have the opportunity to stay an additional 12 months.** This house was built just a few years ago, and was designed with you in mind! We not only installed keyless locks on the front door, but in every bedroom as well. You won’t have to fumble with keys, and you’ll never worry about being locked out. The expansive great room includes a 65″ TV already mounted for you. The luxury kitchen includes 2 fridges and a large island, and even soft-close cabinet drawers. Three of the five bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings, giving a sense of space that you won’t find anywhere else. And did we mention that every bedroom is a master suite?
Each room in the house has an independent heating system, and every bedroom also has ethernet and cable wiring. The attached garage also has a keypad opener. Your neighbors in the downstairs apartment have an entrance to the side of the house, out of the way. You’ll have your own secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates.
