Nestled right next to Reser Stadium, this striking house offers something special in each room. Of course the bedrooms are large and each include a personal bathroom and large closet, but they also feature either floor-to-ceiling windows (yes, with blinds) or vaulted ceilings.

There’s an extra-wide great room with a 60″ TV (which we provide) and display shelves. The great room opens into a large kitchen with two fridges and an island with beautiful pendant lights. A sliding glass door opens to a covered porch in the fenced backyard. There’s a convenient laundry room with storage in the hall, and the garage is insulated and heated. Each room in the house has an independent heating system, so your housemates’ heating preferences won’t affect your room. Every bedroom also has ethernet and cable wiring. We’ve even included a built-in mini-fridge in the hall just outside the third-floor bedrooms. You’ll even have a secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates.
