We have individual master suites available in a brand-new 4-bedroom townhouse, available for move-in on Jan 3rd. We’re making this the easiest way for you to get housing for the Winter and Spring terms! Plus, your rent includes all utilities and high-speed wi-fi!

We designed this brand-new townhome with your needs in mind, starting with keyless locks on the front door and on your master suite. (Fumbling for keys or getting locked out? Never again.) Your suite has an independently-controlled heating system and a private luxury bathroom. We outfitted the kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The air-conditioned living room even includes a pre-mounted 70” TV. There’s a washer & dryer inside. The townhouse also includes a secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates. Since this house is under construction, the photos are of the most recent house we built in Corvallis, which is similar. The floor plans shown are the actual floor plans. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit.
